Reported PlayStation Store price changes suggest Call of Duty: Black Ops and Black Ops 2 players may need to buy classic DLC map packs again when the ports arrive on PS4 and PS5. Activision has not confirmed pricing or DLC plans for the July releases.

Resident Evil Veronica may not be absent from Gamescom 2026 after all, despite being left out of Capcom's public booth lineup. A Resident Evil news account says the remake is still expected to appear with new information and possibly a new trailer.
Cyberpunk
Cyberpunk 2077 is running above its recent weekday Steam pace while the base game is 70% off on Steam. The live player count put CD Projekt Red's RPG back near 40,000 concurrent players on June 19.
Dead by DaylightFriday the 13th
Dead by Daylight reached 124,781 players in Gamers Now's latest Steam reading as Jason Voorhees arrived with update 10.0.0. The same-time count was far above the previous several days.
Assassin's Creed
Assassin's Creed Shadows Title Update 1.1.11 launches June 16 with a final free story quest called Black Tides and a new endgame activity called Domains. The update also adds crossover Projects, another Animus Rift and a long list of balance fixes.
Fortnite
A new Fortnite leak claims John Rambo could be headed to the Item Shop with multiple outfits and a set of themed cosmetics. Epic Games has not announced the crossover.
Xbox Series X|SXbox Game Pass
Craig Duncan is stepping down as head of Xbox Game Studios after 20 months in the role. Louise O'Connor is also leaving, while Matt Booty will oversee the studios until a replacement is named.
The Witcher
A new report claims an unannounced Witcher co-op action RPG is being developed for PC and mobile. The reported project would let players create their own witcher, take on monster contracts and build combat styles around signs, potions and school abilities.
PokemonSuper Mario
A new leak claims Pokémon Winds and Waves is planned for September 2027, while Nintendo's next 3D Mario game may be targeting November 2027. Neither month has been confirmed by Nintendo or The Pokémon Company.
God of War
NateTheHate says God of War Laufey was once targeting the first half of 2027. The claimed window is not official and could still change, but it narrows the current 2027 chatter around Santa Monica Studio's PS5 sequel.
PokemonPokemon GO
Niantic Spatial says Pokemon GO scan data has not been shared with Vantor, despite reports linking old player scans to military drone positioning technology. The company says its Vantor agreement is still early and does not include sharing the underlying scans.
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Avatar co-creator Bryan Konietzko says the planned AAA RPG was not canceled, pushing back on recent reports about the Saber Interactive project. The game still has no confirmed release plan.
