Rainbow Six Mobile has started Operation Trauma Front, a new season built around close-quarters pressure, a fresh Operator and more ways to play competitive rounds. The update's headline additions are House as a new map and Doc as a Defense Operator, giving mobile players a familiar Rainbow Six setup centered on room-by-room control and clutch support plays.

The season also brings Site & Spawn Selection, 1v1 matchups through Private Matches, a new Battle Pass, limited-time modes, weekend ranked events, fresh ranked rewards and new shop cosmetics. For a mobile version of Rainbow Six, the combination matters because Trauma Front is not just a cosmetic reset. It adds map learning, Operator utility and playlist structure at the same time.

House puts the season in tight spaces

House is the new map for Operation Trauma Front, and the season is clearly framed around its close-range engagements. Ubisoft describes the map as a tight interior space where rotations, careful clearing and coordinated pushes matter because a single mistake can quickly swing a round.

That makes House a natural fit for Rainbow Six Mobile's shorter, sharper version of the series. The map arrives with House Showcase in Week 1, putting players directly into Bomb mode so they can learn its angles, choke points and room flow early. The playlist also lets everyone play Doc from day one without unlocking him first.

Weeks 2 and 3 shift the focus to 3v3 House, a smaller format that should put even more pressure on map knowledge and communication. Weeks 4 and 5 then bring 2v2 Face-off, with Deimos available for free in that playlist. During its first week, 2v2 Face-off rotates between House and Oregon. In the second week, House stays in rotation alongside Border.

Each of those limited-time modes has its own event with extra challenges and rewards attached, giving players a reason to move through the playlist schedule instead of sticking only to standard matchmaking.

Doc gives Defense a stronger recovery tool

Doc joins Rainbow Six Mobile on Defense as a support Operator. His Stim Pistol fires healing darts that can restore allies from range or revive downed teammates, which gives defending squads more room to recover after a bad trade.

Doc can also use the Stim Pistol on himself. Ubisoft says he can revive himself when downed or gain a temporary health boost while standing, making him especially valuable in late-round situations where one extra body can decide a site hold.

The new Battle Pass is also tied to Doc, with players able to unlock him, earn cosmetics and collect additional seasonal rewards as they move through the track.

Ranked, Vault rewards and cosmetics round out the season

Operation Trauma Front starts a new ranked season with a fresh Ranked skin for Hibana. Best of 7 Ranked also returns every weekend, alongside weekend events that add more rewards for players who want higher-stakes matches outside the normal ranked grind.

The Vault returns as The Vault: Toxic Fog during Weeks 3 and 5. That event brings back the Ash Outbreak set from Operation Toxic Fog, aimed at players who missed cosmetics from earlier Soft Launch seasons. Players can use Obsidian to open Vault packs in the shop, while Vault challenges provide more Obsidian to help complete the collection.

The shop is getting new cosmetics as well, including Operator looks and weapon visuals. Combined with the Battle Pass and event rewards, Trauma Front gives Rainbow Six Mobile players several parallel tracks to chase while they learn House and test Doc in live matches.
