Bad Robot Games has detailed the Scanner, a cube-shaped 4:Loop boss designed around movement, spatial awareness and team coordination. The encounter uses a map-wide laser grid, 54 destructible panels and short damage windows to push squads out of simple cover-shooter habits.

Rockstar is expanding GTA Online's creator tools with the Mission Creator and a new Community Mission Series. The first featured mission, Old School Hits, launched April 30 with limited-time 4X GTA$ and RP.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
Digital Bros has acquired full ownership of the Wuchang: Fallen Feathers IP for roughly €4 million. The deal gives 505 Games' parent company control over future decisions for the Soulslike after developer Chengdu Lingzee was shut down.

South of Midnight is available now on Nintendo Switch 2. The Southern Gothic action-adventure follows Hazel through Prospero as she battles Haints and creatures from folklore.
OverwatchDiablo
Overwatch x Hatred's Reckoning runs April 28 through May 18 with five new Legendary skins inspired by Sanctuary. The event also brings back four crossover skins, adds challenges and runs Twitch Drops through May 10.
Steam
Valve's revived Steam Controller will go on sale May 4, making it the first piece of the company's new hardware lineup to reach buyers. The controller costs $99 in the US and £85 in the UK.
ARC Raiders
ARC Raiders update 1.26 adds upgraded PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution support for PS5 Pro players on April 28. Embark says the new PSSR pass should produce a sharper, more stable image without reducing performance.
PowerWash SimulatorStar Wars
PowerWash Simulator 2 is getting a Star Wars Pack this summer. FuturLab and Lucasfilm Games are sending players to clean original trilogy locations including Echo Base and the Lars Homestead.
Star Fox
The original Star Fox puppets used in SNES-era marketing appear not to have survived. Shirogumi says the models were made with natural rubber that deteriorated in air, forcing the studio to destroy them after production.
