Star Wars Zero Company has put names to its Clone Wars-era squad. StarWars.com revealed the tactics game's voice cast ahead of its San Diego Comic-Con 2026 panel, confirming Matt Lanter will return as Anakin Skywalker while Dee Bradley Baker will voice the clone trooper Trick.

The reveal also confirms Jonathan Freeman and Erica Luttrell as the two voices of Hawks, the player character at the center of Bit Reactor's upcoming single-player strategy game. Star Wars Zero Company is due August 27, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The announced cast covers Hawks, the main squad, the villain and several supporting roles:

The Star Wars names are doing a lot of the immediate work here. Lanter has a long history as Anakin in Star Wars animation, including The Clone Wars, while Baker's voice has been tied to clone stories across The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch. Their return gives Zero Company a firmer connection to the era it is exploring, even though the game is focused on a new crew operating away from the front lines.

Star Wars Zero Company sends a player-led squad into Clone Wars-era tactical battles.

Zero Company casts Hawks as a former Republic officer who gathers a squad of unconventional allies to hunt Kundri Fathom, the leader of the Infinite Coil, a Separatist-aligned cult. StarWars.com previously described the game as a single-player turn-based tactics project where players recruit Operators, upgrade a base called The Den and shape squad builds through specializations, talents and battlefield bonds.

That tactical layer is the part that separates Zero Company from most recent Star Wars games. Bit Reactor's project is selling the fantasy of commanding a custom crew during the Clone Wars, with Operators drawn from species such as Humans, Twi'leks, Togruta, Zabrak and Weequay. The studio has already shown Anakin crossing paths with the squad in a gameplay trailer, while earlier details explained more about the game's tactics systems.

Fans attending San Diego Comic-Con can hear more during the Bringing Star Wars Zero Company to Life panel on Saturday, July 25 at 4:00 PM PT in Room 6BCF. The panel is scheduled to feature Bit Reactor narrative director Aaron Contreras, Lucasfilm's Kelsey Sharpe, Baker, Freeman, Sharma, Michaelis and IGN's Michael Peyton.

Pre-orders are already open through EA for the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition. StarWars.com says all pre-orders include the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack, while the Deluxe Edition adds exclusive content alongside two additional cosmetic packs and five Clone Wars-inspired painted weapon themes.
