Nintendo has laid out a fresh batch of May 2026 releases for Switch 2 and Switch, giving players a short list of new arrivals and near-term launches to watch before the month is over.

The official May roundup includes two games that are available now on Switch 2, with Mixtape and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle already listed for Nintendo's newer system. The rest of the lineup stretches across the next two weeks, including Outbound on May 14, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book on May 21, Tales of ARISE - Beyond the Dawn Edition on May 22 and Bluey's Quest For The Gold Pen on May 28.

The biggest first-party name in the group is Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, which sends Yoshi into the pages of a talking book named Mr. E to explore colorful habitats and learn about the creatures inside. It also follows Nintendo's recent Yoshi and the Mysterious Book trailer, which gave Switch 2 players a closer look at the adventure before launch.

For players who missed its wider release, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is also part of the Switch 2 push. The first-person, single-player adventure is set between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, with Indy chasing one of history's biggest mysteries.

Mixtape covers a different lane, following three friends on their last night together through a story framed around memories and music. Outbound brings a co-op cozy survival angle on May 14, letting up to four players build and customize a home on wheels while living off-grid with solar, wind and water power.

The late-month schedule adds two more recognizable names. Tales of ARISE - Beyond the Dawn Edition brings Bandai Namco's RPG to Switch 2 on May 22, while Bluey's Quest For The Gold Pen arrives on both Switch 2 and Switch on May 28 with an original family-friendly story written by Bluey creator Joe Brumm.

Nintendo's post also points players toward the broader coming-soon section on its store, so the six highlighted games are not the full May slate. As a quick snapshot, though, the lineup gives Switch 2 owners a mix of family releases, ports and smaller adventures to check before June begins.
