Nintendo is adding Pokémon Pokopia to its Switch 2 hardware bundle lineup, but the new package is only confirmed for Australia and New Zealand at this stage.
The regional Nintendo AU/NZ announcement says the Nintendo Switch 2 + Pokémon Pokopia bundle will be available from June 5 through My Nintendo Store and select retailers in Australia and New Zealand. The timing lands on the first anniversary of Nintendo Switch 2, giving Nintendo another way to sell the system around one of its biggest family-friendly franchises.
The Pokopia bundle looks like a regional Switch 2 offer
The bundle includes a standard Nintendo Switch 2 console and Pokémon Pokopia. Vooks reports that the game is included as a download code and that the Australian price is AU$769.95, matching the local price of Nintendo's Mario Kart World and Pokémon Legends: Z-A Switch 2 bundles.
Nintendo has not announced the same package for North America, Europe or Japan. The official post also does not describe a limited-edition console or themed hardware, so this appears to be a standard Switch 2 package with the game included, not a redesigned Pokémon system.
Pokémon Pokopia launched on March 5, 2026 as a cozy life-simulation spin-off for Nintendo Switch 2, developed by Koei Tecmo and Game Freak with Nintendo and The Pokémon Company as publishers. Its relaxed premise gives the bundle a different pitch from Mario Kart World, especially for players buying Switch 2 as a household console or as a Pokémon-first system.
The bundle announcement also keeps Pokopia in the news after recent interest in possible Pokémon Pokopia DLC biomes. Nintendo has not tied this hardware package to any new content, however, and the confirmed change is the regional bundle availability on June 5.
