Blizzard has put a date on D.Mon's full Overwatch hero trailer. The new MEKA Squad tank will get her next showcase on August 6 at 9am PT, just days before Reign of Talon Season 4 launches on August 11.
The official Overwatch account teased the reveal by telling players to "get ready to watch her work," then followed up with Season 4's launch date. That sets up a short reveal cycle for D.Mon: story trailer first, gameplay and ability details expected after that, then the season itself next week.
D.Mon is Yuna Lee, one of the Korean MEKA pilots long connected to D.Va in Overwatch lore. Her red mech, Beast, has been shown as a bulkier counterpart to D.Va's Tokki, and early footage points toward a more close-range tank identity with a shield and sword instead of D.Va-style blasters.
D.Mon keeps Overwatch's 2026 hero rollout moving
D.Mon is not arriving as a one-off roster addition. Blizzard's Reign of Talon plan laid out a full-year story arc running from Season 1 through Season 6, with 10 new heroes tied directly into the conflict between Overwatch and Talon.
That makes D.Mon another piece of a much faster hero cadence than Overwatch players were used to before the 2026 relaunch. Season 3 recently brought Shion into the roster as a Damage hero tied to the Hashimoto clan, and D.Mon now brings the focus back to Korea's mech squad as the Talon storyline moves into Season 4.
The important caveat is that Blizzard has not published D.Mon’s full kit yet. Her tank role and Season 4 timing are clear, but exact abilities, cooldowns, weapons and how Beast will separate her from D.Va still have to wait for the gameplay reveal.
Overwatch is available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. Season 4 is scheduled to begin on August 11.
