Nacon Connect 2026 put several horror and dark fantasy games back in front of Xbox players, led by new World of Darkness projects, a July release date for The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu and the reveal of Dracula: The Disciple.

In an official recap, Nacon confirmed that Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish is targeting Summer 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud as an Xbox Play Anywhere title. Teyon's upcoming roleplaying game is drawing from the tabletop game, with character creation covering appearance, backstory, attributes and skills.

Deathwish is also leaning into social choices alongside monster hunting. Players will be able to decide how their Hunter approaches situations, from direct combat to talking their way into the information they need.

Nacon also announced Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Rageborn from Canadian studio Creā-ture Studios. The new World of Darkness game is described as a Metroidvania where players take on the role of a Garou, switching between Lupus, Crinos and Homid forms while fighting Pentex, developing a Den, building pack relationships and unlocking new abilities. It is coming to Xbox Series X|S in 2027.

The showcase gave The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu a firmer date. ACE Team's cooperative horror game launches July 15 on Xbox Series X|S, sending players from a galleon into a hostile jungle filled with treasure hunting, shifting perception and Lovecraftian threats. Nacon framed trust between teammates as a central part of the experience, with survival left uncertain once the expedition reaches the jungle.

Cyanide Studio's Dracula: The Disciple was another new reveal. The first-person puzzle game follows a terminally ill character searching Count Dracula's castle for an elixir of immortality, with Renfield's ghost guiding the player through occult rituals, elixir making and astrology. Dracula: The Disciple is planned for 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud, with Xbox Play Anywhere support.

The recap also points viewers back to the wider Nacon Connect playlist, including the French JRPG the publisher teased in its overview. The confirmed Xbox slate now includes one July launch and several 2027 horror or dark fantasy releases spread across console, PC and cloud.
