Buckshot Roulette is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox on PC and cloud, with the viral horror game included in Xbox Game Pass from day one.
The Xbox launch, confirmed in an official Xbox announcement, also supports Xbox Play Anywhere. That means players can access it across supported console and PC versions through a single Xbox purchase, or through Game Pass where eligible.
It is a notable new stop for one of the stranger indie breakouts of the last few years. Buckshot Roulette started as an experimental Itch.io release before growing into a wider horror hit, and Xbox says the game has now been played by millions.
Xbox gets the complete table
Buckshot Roulette turns Russian Roulette into a tense shotgun duel against The Dealer, with live and blank shells, usable items and enough probability work to make every pull feel like a dare. The core solo mode is still here, including Double or Nothing, a score-attack mode for players who want to keep pushing after a successful run.
The Xbox version also arrives with multiplayer included. The mode supports up to four players online, shifting the game away from a closed one-on-one horror scene and into something closer to a bluffing match where every item, shell count and target choice can turn the table.
According to the announcement, multiplayer was added after persistent community requests and required changes to the table, player characters and soundtrack. Crossplay is supported between Xbox platforms through Xbox Play Anywhere.
The launch also marks Buckshot Roulette's first console release. It is available today through the Xbox Store and Xbox Game Pass, covering console, PC and cloud access for subscribers.
